Ethics: Live Webinar
Engineers are confronted with a variety of ethical situations. It is important to be familiar with the relevant ethical codes that govern engineers in their response to these situations. A review of the strengths and weaknesses of ethical codes as well as state and federal laws will be discussed. Case studies in engineering ethics will be discussed as well as the steps in making an ethical decision.
The course is highly interactive and will be led by a qualified and experienced professional who will share relevant and current examples of ethical challenges and how they can be effectively addressed. Professional engineers will earn two (2.0) professional development hours (PDHs) and other learners will earn 0.2 continuing education units (CEUs).
