Job Description

Intramural Official Assistants (IOAs)help students get connected to recreational sports on campus. IOAs officiate intramural sports, enforce intramural policies and procedures, and encourage a fun and safe atmosphere for all.

Responsibilities

• Assist in set up and take down of up equipment for activities
• Assist in the signing-in of participants and verifying eligibility
• Enforce intramural policies and procedures during games
• Assist in completing all shift forms

Requirements

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and school pride
• Respect for the university and the campus community
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Be available to work nights and some weekends
• Attend training sessions
• Some lifting and physical activity
• Be on campus for work shifts
