Milwaukee School of Engineering was recognized as the top-performing school in Wisconsin at the lowest possible cost to undergraduates, and was ranked eighth in the Midwest. The designation comes from WalletHub, which compared more than 1,000 higher-education institutions in the U.S. across 33 key measures.  

WalletHub’s Best Colleges ranking analyzed data on student selectivity, cost and financing, career outcomes, student-to-faculty ratio, graduation rate, and post-attendance metrics such as median salary and student-loan default rate. Combined, these analytics show the value of the education students can expect to receive beyond their undergraduate studies.
