MSOE welcomes cohort 4 2017-18 MBA in Education Leadership class
Educators from throughout southeastern Wisconsin will take the next step in their own educational journey as they prepare to become school leaders. Seventeen high-achieving teachers and counselors have been admitted to the 2017-18 MBA in Education Leadership cohort at MSOE.
The MSOE MBA in Education Leadership combines a rigorous Master of Business Administration with a unique curricula tailored to school principals and aspiring school leaders. Education leadership, best business practices and character development are the tenets that guide this program. Students learn how to lead highly effective education organizations where creating a culture of learning, collaborative leadership and character are the foundation for success.
“The MBA in Education Leadership program at MSOE is designed to prepare effective leaders who have the ability to improve our nation’s schools and create an environment where children can flourish into citizens of character,” said Dr. Ruth Barratt, program director. “We are pleased to welcome our newest cohort to the program and look forward to helping them lead with vision and character.”

It combines education leadership with a business/entrepreneurial mindset – for those ready to enact transformational change at the individual, school and district level.
