Transact International Payments

Without leaving your Transact student portal, you can quickly and conveniently make an international payment from over 160 countries, using more than 130 currencies - including Alipay, WeChat, and other popular alternative payment methods.

To pay your tuition and fees with an international payment through Transact, log into your my.msoe.edu portal. 

Once logged in:

1. Select the 'Students' tab along the top of the screen.
2. From the left panel, choose 'Student Account Info'
3. Click on 'Go to Transact'
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment within the portal.
5. Transact will walk you through the remaining steps.

Flywire International Wire Transfer

Flywire's mission is to save international students and their families money that would otherwise be lost in bank fees and unfavorable foreign exchange rates. With Flywire, you are offered excellent foreign exchange rates, allowing you to pay in your home currency (in most cases) and save a significant amount of money, as compared to traditional banks. In addition, the posting of the payment into your MSOE account will be faster, and you will be notified via e-mail when it is received.

How to Make Your Payment

1. Select the country from which funds will be coming and the payment amount in U.S. dollars you wish to make to your student bill.
2. In most cases, the U.S. dollar amount will be converted into your home currency at preferential exchange rates, which will translate into savings for you.
3. After providing some additional basic information, you will book the transaction and will be instructed via e-mail on how to pay Flywire from your home country bank account.
4. Flywire will then forward the U.S. dollar amount to MSOE where it will be directly credited to your student billing account.
