The Physics and Chemistry Department offers an undergraduate degree in the dynamic field of biomolecular engineering. It also offers minors in physics and chemistry and the other basic science courses required by numerous programs at MSOE. With a full range of up-to-date experimental facilities and faculty who challenge the curiosity and intellect of students, we aim to provide a well-rounded education in general and applied physics; general, organic and biochemistry; materials science; and optics and photonics.

The department’s offices are located in the Allen-Bradley Hall of Science and may be reached at (414) 277-7350.
