The 2022-2023 Financial Aid Handbook is now available! This document includes most of the information found on our website, and will hopefully serve as a helpful guide to what funding is available to you and your student.

2023-2024 Verification Documents

Please note, any tax documents requested such as 1099-R, 1040, 1040x, W2s, and Tax Return Transcript must be requested either from the IRS or your Tax Preparer. If you do not see a document that is requested, please email our Financial Aid Office, or view it on your MyFinancialAid Portal.

2022-2023 Verification Documents

DISCLAIMER: Per updated guidance from the U.S. Department of Education published on May 18, 2022, the Financial Aid Office may waive student requirements for some verifications during the 2022-2023academic year. As a result, please only submit documents to the Financial Aid Office if you have received an email or letter request from us. This waiver is only applicable for some verifications for the 2022-2023 academic year. If you are unsure if you should be submitting verification documents, please contact our office.

my Financial Aid

MSOE students will need their MSOE email to log into their my Financial Aid account to check the status of their financial aid award. Incoming students will receive their MSOE email account once they are registered for classes.
