Located at 233 E. Juneau Ave., the Grohmann Tower is MSOE’s apartment-style housing option for upperclassmen featuring studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. Currently open to all juniors, seniors, international students, transfer, graduate and married students, faculty and staff, on a first come, first served basis, the Grohmann Tower apartments come furnished (bed, dresser, desk, chair) and include all utilities (heat, air conditioning, electricity, and water) as well as a full kitchen and bathroom. MSOE features three Living-Learning Communities (LLC) in the residence halls. LLCs allow students to extend their learning beyond the classroom and enable the university to continue fostering the growth of the MSOE Mindset. LLCs create comprehensive learning environments that heighten student engagement with faculty, peers, and their learning.
