Located at 233 E. Juneau Ave., the Grohmann Tower is MSOE’s apartment-style housing option for upperclassmen featuring studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. Currently open to all juniors, seniors, international students, transfer, graduate and married students, faculty and staff, on a first come, first served basis, the Grohmann Tower apartments come furnished (bed, dresser, desk, chair) and include all utilities (heat, air conditioning, electricity, and water) as well as a full kitchen and bathroom. Semester, Academic Year, and 12-month leases are available. Please contact the Building Manager, Rick Gagliano, with questions.

* Listed Rent Amount (non-residence hall floors): These residents will be assigned predominantly to floors 7 through 14. The listed prices are the semester rent for the entire apartment and each individual resident. Shared studios and 1 bedrooms have a maximum occupancy of 2-3 occupants and 2 bedrooms have a maximum occupancy of 4-5 occupants. Semester rent would be equally split among the maximum number of occupants per apartment. Residents are responsible only for their share of the apartment despite how many occupants are assigned. Apartments may be rented by a single occupant at full semester rental rate.
* Rent Amount (residence hall floors): Students assigned to the residence hall floors (floors 4, 5, and 6 mainly) will pay the same rate as those residing in the residence halls for Viets Tower. The students on these residence hall floors will be required to purchase the residence hall meal plan. The residence hall floor rate is per student. The summer rate for these residents would be the same rate as the non-residence hall floors and would not require a summer meal plan.
* Parking is handled by MSOE Public Safety. Residents seeking parking will need to request parking via the Public Safety Student Parking page.
