Fall Move-In 2022: New Students

We are very excited to welcome you to the residence halls of MSOE. We want to make move-in day as smooth as possible for everyone. Please note:

• Students may have 3 people help them move-in. Once move-in is complete, guests are asked to leave the building.
• Simply follow the steps listed below and moving in can be as easy as 1-2-3!

Step 1: Know Your Hall, Room Number and Move-In Time.

Make sure you know which residence hall and room you are in, and your designated move-in time. If you are unsure, please give us a call at (414) 277-7400. New student move in date is Thursday, September 1, 2022.

Step 2: Check In!

• Viets Tower residents: ground floor front desk of Viets Tower, 1121 N. Milwaukee St.
• Regents Hall residents: ground floor front desk of Regents Hall, 1121 N. Milwaukee St.
• Margaret Loock Hall residents: ground floor front desk of Loock Hall, 324 E. Juneau Ave.
• Grohmann Tower residents (Floors 4, 5, 6): Grohmann Tower, 233 E. Juneau Ave.

Here you will pick up your room key and move-in packet. You may park in front of the building or in the parking lots indicated on the parking map.

Step 3: Unload!

Carts will be available for check-out at the front desk to assist with moving personal belongings. A form of ID will be needed to check out a cart. After you’re finished, return the cart to the front desk and move your vehicle to State street lots A, B, or C to keep the unloading area clear.

Returning Resident Move-In Schedule:

• Saturday, September 3: Between 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
• Sunday, September 4: Between Noon and 5 p.m.
• Monday, September 5: Between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

If you have a conflict with the above dates, please contact Residence Life.

Please notify the Residence Life Department if you do not plan to return to the residence halls in the fall or you may be subject to additional charges.
